20% of the televisions in 3D this year

According to Kwan Sup Lee, vicepresident of LG, at the end of this year 20% of the TV sales will be 3D TV. In 3-5 years there will be a 3D-tv where you don't have to wear special 3D glasses anymore. This is offcourse a great development for 3D casino games. |

According to Lee 60% of new TV models are 3D-tv. Last year 12% of the TV sales was 3D-tv and this year they expect an increase of 8%. In 2011 electrical stores sold 25 million 3D-TV, with a market share for LG of 20%.
The price of the 3D-tv will go down in the next years. For now it's still a problem that people have to wear 3D glasses and there is not much in offer yet for 3D-tv, This will change a lot in the next years and casinos are already developing 3D games.
